Reading Portion of Test

In addition to answering six of the 10 questions on history, government and civics, applicants MUST demonstrate his/her ability to read in English. No worries, you only need to read one out of three sentences correctly to pass this portion. Also, the sentences focus on certain topics. Download and print the following material to make sure you are ready for he sentences you are going to be reading. Ask friends and family to help you pronounce words you don't know. Don't be shy!

  • Writing Portion of Test

    Each writing test administered to an applicant will contain no more than three (3) sentences. An applicant must write one (1) out of three (3) sentences correctly to demonstrate an ability to write in English.
